The bottle is carved from jadeite jade with mottled green and pale white coloration, the stone displaying natural clouding and tonal transitions. It is formed with a flattened rectangular body with rounded shoulders, rising from a short, slightly recessed foot to a cylindrical neck with a recessed mouth.

The surface is smoothly polished, emphasizing the natural translucency and color distribution of the jadeite rather than carved decoration. The bottle is fitted with a metal-mounted stopper surmounted by a green cabochon. The restrained form and reliance on material quality are consistent with 20th-century jadeite snuff bottles produced for decorative purposes, reflecting continued appreciation for jade as a valued material after the decline of snuff-taking as a social practice.
