Frequently asked questions
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days depending on the method. Crypto transfers are usually faster - 1–2 days. Card transfers may take up to 5 business days due to banking processing times.
Why can I only withdraw to my deposit methods?
This is a mandatory anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement. By restricting withdrawals to previously used deposit methods, we protect both you and other platform users. This practice is standard across all licensed financial platforms.
My account has been restricted - what should I do?
Contact support via email at [email protected], explaining your situation in detail. For account restriction appeals, use [email protected]. Include your username and a description of what happened. We review appeals within 5 business days.
I won an auction but the seller isn't responding - what do I do?
If a seller fails to fulfill their obligations after a completed auction, please report it through the lot page or contact support. Provide the lot number and any communication history. We'll investigate and take appropriate action, including possible refund.
Can I cancel a bid I've placed?
Bids are binding and generally cannot be cancelled. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g. a technical error or an obvious mistake), you may contact support immediately after placing the bid. Cancellations are only considered if the auction has not yet ended and no other bids have been placed after yours.
How do promo codes work?
Promo codes add bonus credits to your balance which can be used to participate in auctions. Promo credits cannot be withdrawn - only spent on bids. Each code can only be used once per account. Expired or already-used codes will show an error when entered.
