General rules

Section 1

AuctioneersHub is a platform for online auctions. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these rules in full.

The platform reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.

All users are required to behave respectfully towards other participants. Insults, harassment, and intimidation are prohibited.

The platform operates 24/7. Technical works are announced in advance when possible.

Accounts

Section 2

One person - one account. Multiple registrations are prohibited and lead to a permanent ban of all linked accounts.

Each user is allowed one account only. Creating additional accounts to bypass restrictions is a serious violation.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with third parties.

The username must not contain obscene language, references to other brands, or impersonate other users or platform staff.

In case of suspected unauthorized access, contact support immediately. The platform is not responsible for losses due to compromised credentials.

Auctions & bids

Section 3

A placed bid is binding. By bidding you confirm your intention and ability to pay the full amount if you win.

Bid manipulation - coordinating with other participants to artificially inflate or suppress prices - is strictly forbidden. Ban

The winner must complete the payment within the time specified in the lot description. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

Lot descriptions must be accurate and complete. Knowingly publishing false information about a lot is prohibited. Warning

The platform may cancel any auction or bid if there is reason to suspect fraud, regardless of bid history.

Payments & withdrawals

Section 4

Withdrawals are only available to payment methods previously used for deposits. This is a mandatory anti-fraud requirement.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD (or the equivalent in your currency).

Withdrawal processing takes from 1 to 5 business days depending on the selected method.

The platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.

Chargebacks and payment disputes initiated by users without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Promo credits cannot be withdrawn - they can only be used to participate in auctions.

Prohibited content & actions

Section 5

Violations in this section result in immediate and permanent ban without the possibility of appeal.

It is prohibited to list illegal goods or services of any kind.

Using automated tools (bots, scripts) to place bids or manipulate auctions is prohibited.

Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees is prohibited.

Phishing, social engineering, and any attempts to obtain other users' credentials are prohibited.

5

Money laundering through the platform is a criminal offense and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Questions & appeals

Section 7

If you believe a decision was made in error, you may file an appeal within 14 days of the action.

Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. The decision of the moderation team is final.

To report a violation by another user, use the report button on the lot or user profile page.
