This set features W. Britains Highland Pipers from the Black Watch Band, consisting of 22 pieces. The figures are post-war, with replacement drum decals on all drummers and intact drumsticks. There are two mismatched pipers, and some paint flaking is present on several of the pipers. The box shows signs of smoke damage but the overall condition of the set is good to very good.
