Molded from translucent green glass, the bottle is formed as a reclining child figure resting on one side atop an integrated base. The head is turned slightly toward the viewer, with softly modeled facial features including rounded cheeks, small mouth, and lightly defined eyes.

The body is shown in flowing robes, articulated with shallow relief lines and scrolling decorative motifs covering the garment and base. The glass exhibits internal clouding, small bubbles, and tonal variation ranging from bright apple green to darker olive hues, consistent with late Qing glass manufacture.

The surface is smoothly finished with minor wear and abrasion from handling. The bottle is fitted with a metal collar and a domed pale blue stopper, likely glass, in keeping with standard period fittings. Figural snuff bottles depicting reclining or playful children were popular in the late Qing period, reflecting auspicious associations with fertility, prosperity, and domestic harmony.

Height 9 cm (3 1/2 in.), width 3.5 cm (1 3/8 in.).
